BettrShape is a wellness, fitness, nutrition, meal tracking, progress tracking, and body transformation app. The app may include AI assisted food analysis, meal logging, workout plans, progress tracking, recipes, articles, reminders, and personalized goals. BettrShape provides general wellness and lifestyle information only. BettrShape is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your country of residence. If you are under the age required to consent to digital services, you may only use BettrShape with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and sign in

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. BettrShape may use email OTP, magic link, Apple sign in, Google sign in, or other supported methods.

4. Wellness and fitness disclaimer

Content provided is for general informational and educational purposes only. Before starting a new diet, exercise plan, weight loss program, postpartum routine, or lifestyle change, consult a qualified health professional. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest pain, faintness, or any unusual symptoms.

5. AI and nutrition estimates

AI food analysis, calorie estimates, macro estimates, and food quality feedback may be inaccurate or incomplete. BettrShape does not guarantee that nutrition estimates, workout calculations, or recommendations are exact. You are responsible for reviewing results.

6. Subscriptions and Premium access

BettrShape may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase. Website billing may be handled by Stripe; iOS billing by Apple; Android billing by Google Play.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Refund availability depends on the payment provider, store platform, applicable law, and the specific purchase terms shown at checkout.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BettrShape, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

9. User content

You may submit profile details, meal logs, food photos, progress data, and support messages. You grant BettrShape the limited rights needed to process your content and provide app features.

10. Intellectual property

BettrShape, including the app, website, logo, design, software, text, graphics, content, and features, is owned by BettrShape or its licensors.

11. Third party services

BettrShape relies on third party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, AI processing, email, storage, app store distribution, crash reporting, and customer support.

BettrShape may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
